The room was quite large. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a great choice of options.
The bedside LED reading lights did not work. The air conditioning was not functioning in my room. The window only opened a small amount.

a serene pause in the city
premium room warm colors firm mattress major metro
i enjoyed a large premium room, it was decorated in warm colors i really liked. the mattress felt wonderfully firm. the location allows short walks to two major metro stations that connect to many city train lines.
the bar didn't open till 5pm, and i wanted a reasonably priced restaurant nearby, but good places are within a five minute walk, so it wasn't a total loss.

relaxation area separate shower faulty thermostat rude receptionist
The staff were ultra helpful and friendly! the bar and relaxation area were great for evenings (i spent almost every evening there). the bathroom had a bath and a separate shower. That was so useful!
the thermostat in my room wasn't working properly, annoying. the receptionist was rude when i reported the issue. i won't be taking my team there again!

The location was excellent, very near multiple transport connections. I found the staff lovely! they were always pleasant and helpful. My room included plenty of storage. That was much appreciated.
The room lighting was poor, though I made do with it.

high ceilings convenient location helpful staff
The room had very high ceilings which I found excellent. A subway station was only a few hundred meters away. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The restaurant had a slightly strange theme, particularly noticeable in the evening.
